We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to join our fantastic team at The Dental Place Warwick. Working with an established and motivated team you will continue to enhance our business performance and build on our excellent reputation.
The Dental Place Warwick is an independent practice boasting modern facilities with excellent equipment. You will be part of a supportive management team including the business owner, a book-keeper, payroll outsourcing service and outsourced digital marketing services.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual, who has experience of growing and running a high-end luxury private dental clinic, to support and manage the dental clinic. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and caring team in a position that allows you to grow and develop your skills.
Salary: From £40,000 dependant on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Patient Experience: Maintain and enhance the quality of patient care. Ensure that patients receive the highest level of service and support, addressing any concerns and feedback promptly.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyse financial data, and work towards achieving revenue and profitability targets. Implement cost-effective strategies to maximise practice profitability.
- Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Identify opportunities for practice growth and expansion.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold the highest standards of healthcare quality and safety. Ensure that all regulatory requirements and industry standards are met or exceeded.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on the latest healthcare technology and software systems, integrating them to enhance practice efficiency and patient care.
Requirements

- Financial expertise with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Experience in marketing and business development is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability in implementing and delivering on directors’ decisions and policies. Understands the interface between the role of directors, management and clinical delivery.
- Experience of managing and developing personnel including appraisal, performance and recruitment.
- Demonstrate understanding and commitment to equal opportunities, equity, and the promotion of cultural competency.
- Supervising all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management.
- Keep all practice documentation up to date including policies, procedures and handbooks.
- Review and refine core internal processes to reflect our branded patient journey and to continually look to improve our approach.
