We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director, Product Insights and Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights into our product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities to lead a team of product managers to collaborate with our internal and external customers.
The Director, Product Insights and Reporting is passionate about uncovering and presenting the relevant story within our cross-platform data to our customers. This role involves creating and developing a comprehensive roadmap for insights, enhancing dashboards and reporting, managing business intelligence (BI) integrations, and executing our AI strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong data storytelling skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights that resonate with our customers. This position will manage a team and report directly to the VP and Head of Product.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Product Insights team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Create a vision in partnership with the Head of Product and implement strategies to execute on this vision.
Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap for insights, dashboards and reporting.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources to generate actionable insights from the product results.
Leverage data from across the platform to extract actionable insights that provide the best possible inferences to our customers.
Execution on our AI strategy, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance data insights and product offerings.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI-driven features and tools.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality insights.
Monitor and measure the impact of insights on product performance and business outcomes, iterating and improving based on findings.
Instill best-in-class dashboard and reporting capabilities for our customers.
Engage with customers to understand their data needs and provide personalized insights and solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in data analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, and reporting, ideally within a SaaS environment.
12+ years of experience in product insights, business analytics, finance or FP&A, or a combination of experience.
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with customer BI tools and data integration processes.
Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
