Joining Saleor as a Solutions Architect, you'll operate at the intersection of business and development in e-commerce. As an open-source, developer-focused company, Saleor offers the chance to engage with leading brands and diverse engineering cultures. With a client-facing role, you will work closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions, influence product development, and drive business success.
During the next 6 months, you will:
- Participate in architectural discovery sessions for new and existing clients to identify their challenges and requirements.
- Design workflows tailored to client's needs, ensuring optimal implementation of Saleor.
- Document and incorporate client-specific requirements into proposed solutions, ensuring understanding and alignment with their business objectives.
- Onboard new clients by gathering information and conducting pairing sessions to assist in overcoming technical roadblocks.
- Build relationships with clients both on- and off-site.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the product team, providing insights into product usage and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and Product Owners to conduct market research.
- Refine and extend documentation based on customer feedback.
- Develop proof-of-concept apps and code snippets to illustrate effective solutions to problems.
Also to be successful in this role at Saleor you need to:
- Have experience working with large-scale solutions and distributed systems.
- Have a good understanding of the following concepts and technologies: GraphQL, webhooks, TypeScript, Python, AWS.
- Have great communication skills and empathy for our clients.
- Have a problem-solver attitude.

Salary range (by regions)
- Latin America: USD 30,000 - 50,000 (yearly).
- Poland: PLN 25,000 - 29,000 net + VAT (monthly).
