Role Overview:
As a Sr Paid Growth Manager, you will drive the strategy and client communications on our three largest Paid Media clients. A storyteller and data lover at heart, you are able to showcase crystal clear strategies using data. You have a strong understanding of search and social strategy (and how they work together) which is a must to be successful in this role. You have your finger on the pulse on how to drive e-commerce businesses and bring in new customers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for working with the media buyer team to ensure all clients are hitting success metrics. You should enjoy teaching, working with junior staff, and working on operations processes that will improve the way your team works with other staff members.
Finally, you will assist with audits and pitches for new clients and help set the strategy clients will be using as they begin to work with Structured.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience in Paid Media in an agency setting
- Must have experience managing half a million monthly budgets on Google/Meta
- Experience running paid digital advertising campaigns on channels besides Facebook and Instagram including Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience managing staff and passion for mentoring
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts and have difficult conversations with clients
- A strong eye for visual creative (image and video) and design
- A passion for E-commerce marketing and commitment to mastering the craft of growing E-commerce brands
- Passion for learning and helping others learn and the humility to do so (no egos)
- Strong understanding of attribution and experience using MTA tools
- Years of experience driving new customer-first strategies
- Experience auditing clients
- Presentation and speaking skills that would rival the best public speakers
- Interest in learning new marketing skills like CRO, Email & SMS
