Role Overview
As Nursa continues to drive business growth, the company is seeing a Head of Post-Acute Enterprise Sales (Corporate Accounts). As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and retaining post-acute enterprise customers on Nursa's platform. You will be responsible for identifying post-acute enterprise corporate customers, developing a plan to acquire them onto Nursa's app, negotiating deal terms, as well as account management. We're looking for an experienced leader who has done similar work before in a post-acute healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategy for acquiring enterprise and corporate accounts in the post-acute space.
- Acquire enterprise and corporate post-acute customers.
- Develop post-sales strategy of enterprise accounts - including but not limited to: growing value of the account, contract re-negotiations, and conducting monthly business reviews with clients.
- Lead team of direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise post-acute experience.
- Strong sales and negotiating skills.
- Strong strategic thinker, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity. We don't have all the answers, and we need someone who can help define what success means in this space.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to construct and negotiate deals on Nursa's behalf.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with other organizations, whose work is essential to bringing this vision to life.
- High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is a plus, but not required.
