Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Provider Engagement to join the Lumin team. The Director will play a crucial role in enhancing relationships with medical providers, ensuring our network of referring and partnering providers remains robust and responsive, while also cultivating trust and strong community relationships. This position requires a blend of leadership, relationship-building skills, marketing savvy, and healthcare industry expertise to drive engagement initiatives successfully, ensuring a healthy and productive relationship with community-based providers. The ideal candidate is themselves a clinician - Social Worker, RN, NP, or similar - and feels comfortable engaging with other clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the provider CRM data, ensuring clean, up-to-date, and accurate information on all providers in Lumin’s network.
- Develop and Execute Engagement Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage medical providers effectively, fostering collaboration and enhancing satisfaction.
- Work together with leadership to identify strategies and practices to engage the community to inform the provider community, develop trust with the community, and ensure that an open line of communication between community providers and Lumin remains open.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that monthly communication between clinic staff and providers persists.
- Ensure that releases of information are signed for the correct providers.
- Host dinners and events for referring providers.
- Directly reach out to referring providers.
- Network Expansion: Lead efforts to expand our network of medical providers strategically, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
- Generate a social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Identify clinics from which Lumin has not yet received referrals and establish outreach.
- Engage PCP clinics.
- Engage medium to large psychiatric practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop biannual NPS surveys for referring clinicians.
- Manage and develop metrics around engagement.
- Provider Education and Support: Develop educational programs and resources to support medical providers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in industry-funded dinners.
- Develop CME/CEU conferences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to align provider engagement initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage interdisciplinary website material.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all engagement activities adhere to legal standards.
- Employee support: Teach and supervise engagement strategies at all levels of the company, including from individual providers in their respective clinics.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree and experience as a clinician - Social Worker, RN, NP, or similar.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in healthcare provider engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and challenges; ketamine and esketamine specific knowledge.
