US Director Of Sales
Mission
The US Director Of Sales at Constellation Kidney Group (CKG) will design and execute sales strategies for growing the CKG business within the dialysis market in the US. They will report to the General Manager of the US region and be an integral part of the senior management team. The Director of Sales will also interact closely with both the product and support teams to design and deploy better solutions to the market.
Key Activities:
- Actively pursues new sales opportunities to ensure a healthy top-of-funnel.
- Analyzes market data to identify targets and design campaigns.
- Negotiates contracts effectively within the expected pricing and contracting guidelines.
- Manages contract review process with management and legal teams.
- Clearly communicates the status of the sales funnel to the senior management team.
- Follows and advocates for a defined and scalable sales process.
- Actively maintains knowledge of current industry best practices.
- Maintains relationships with industry insiders.
- Works with the Director of Product to define product requirements, market opportunity, and target pricing.
- Uses the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool comprehensively and advocates its use to others.
- Ensures statuses and activities are updated.
- Actively maintains relationships with customer accounts.
- Analyzes critical data to validate value proposition.
- Clearly communicates and interacts with customers from different backgrounds and roles.
- Empathetically listens and identifies key challenges.
- Communicates effectively with others, verbally and written.
- Can accept feedback graciously.
- Can give feedback empathetically.
- Manages time effectively.
- Manages multiple accounts, balancing attention between the top and bottom of the funnel.

Requirements
- Five years of experience in a US Healthcare software sales environment.
Desired, But Not Required
- Team Management Experience
- Dialysis/Renal healthcare domain experience

FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt
Salary Range (US Only): The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only): Not Applicable
Benefits (US Only): Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
Time off (US Only): The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees, sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
