About the Position
This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of identity resolution technologies, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The Director of Product Management will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the product meets market needs and business objectives.
Bridg is seeking a Director of Product Management to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product to lead the development and growth of our Identity Resolution Product.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Identity Resolution Product. Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and use cases through direct interaction and feedback. Ensure the product delivers exceptional user experiences and meets customer expectations.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure identity resolution solutions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer support, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in product management. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products, preferably in the identity resolution or related domain. Strong understanding of identity resolution technologies, data matching algorithms, and data privacy regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data science and machine learning applications in identity resolution. Knowledge of identity verification, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and technologies.

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors. The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits. The annual US base salary range for this role is: $220,000 - $250,000
