About the clinician's workday
The position involves 12-hour shifts, with call not required but available for those interested. The cases include general anesthesia, healthy pediatrics, OB, and vascular cases, as well as airway management, including occasional double-lumen endotracheal tubes for thoracic cases. Responsibilities also include ultrasound-guided blocks, neuraxial anesthesia, IV, arterial line, and central line placement. The facility uses Cerner for its EMR system, and temporary privileges are available for candidates with files that have zero red flags.
