Duties:

- Manage and oversee patent portfolios, ensuring proper maintenance and timely renewals.
- Negotiate and draft patent licensing agreements and related contracts.
- Perform due diligence for intellectual property transactions and acquisitions.
- Analyze and interpret patent laws and regulations to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, inventors, and team members to develop and execute patent strategies.
- Represent clients before the USPTO and other relevant intellectual property authorities.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution and intellectual property law.
- Demonstrated superior analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
