Job Profile: Senior Director, Sales Operations
Location: NJ or London Office contract with hybrid working expectations and some travel.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and inspire a global Sales Operations team, providing strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across regions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive revenue growth.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement scalable and efficient sales processes to drive productivity and improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Work with executive leadership to develop, direct and drive key business strategies that provide the highest levels of operational support and improvement for Vonage’s sales efforts worldwide.
- Define operational and support objectives, driving the team to hit key milestones and deliver according to performance expectations.
- Establish budgets, operational plans and performance goals and requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams within Vonage.
- Provide advice and consultation to sales, marketing and other stakeholders to understand significant, recurring and business critical challenges, requirements and expectations.
- Track and evaluate sales funnel and operational metrics, providing regular insights to management and recommending techniques to improve funnel performance.
- Advise and consult with sales representatives and management to refine lead qualification processes and analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Engage with C-Suite executives to align Sales Operations strategies with overall business objectives.
- Present insightful analyses and recommendations to support decision-making at the highest levels.
- Possess a deep understanding of the sales technology stack, including CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Establish and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven track record of successfully leading global Sales Operations teams in SaaS, UC, CPaaS or Contact Center industries.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Logical and process-driven mindset to optimize sales workflows.
- Highly polished in presenting complex data and insights to C-Suite executives.
- Effective communication skills to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
- Experience working in a global business environment, understanding cultural nuances and adapting strategies accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of the sales tech stack, including CRM platforms, analytics tools, and automation solutions.
What Is Required For The Application:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Prior leadership experience at an executive level.
