What’s unique about this role?
Lighthouse is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and drive the modernization of Lighthouse’s customer data pipeline, as well as contribute to continued refinement and development of Lighthouse Product Management culture. This is a role that requires a person who can move from broad strategic vision to highly tactical execution at a moment’s notice. This role solves problems that are integral to the company’s strategic goals in supporting our customers as they navigate increasing complexity in existing and emerging data sources, through data acquisition, transformation, and review. The Senior Product Manager must be a self-starter and have a talent for collecting information from many aspects across the business and market, pulling that information together into an organized and cohesive strategy. The candidate must have experience building upon and creating relationships with internal and external customers who are very busy. The product manager must be able to quickly interpret and translate needs into requirements and help Lighthouse decisively progress strategic objectives through efficient consensus building.
What will this person do?
- Utilize industry knowledge, domain expertise, and market insights to establish and manage a strategic vision for the future of Lighthouse’s data transformation solutions
- Develop solution and technology strategies that meet market needs and expand the breadth in applicable use cases that our technology can address
- Drive the solution and implementation process through strategy development and product development, as well as closely support downstream commercialization and marketing efforts
- Structure roadmap and features to ensure early and active cadence of customer value delivery
- Coordinate with relevant Product Managers and Product leaders to facilitate roadmap reviews with executive stakeholders internally, as well as external customers when needed
- Act as the customer voice in Product for Lighthouse’s external and internal customers, including service delivery and solutions management teams
- Drive early product prototyping process with R&D and UX team
- Drive continuous communications among relevant departments (e.g., Information Security, Platform teams) and across product lines (e.g., Spectra, CORE)
- Closely monitor emerging industry trends, competitive solutions, and internal input for shaping and driving product strategy, incorporating both proprietary and 3rd party technologies
- Participate in joint activities with the marketing organization including portfolio planning, customer and competitive research, and marketing communications

- Strong business and financial acumen (including understanding of return on investment, cost structures, budgets, etc.). Proven track record creating end-to-end business plans and models.
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead effectively across functions (operations, engineering, sales, etc.).
- Passion, clear articulation of ideas, preference for action, and a strong work ethic are critical.
- Possess a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred
- 5 years of demonstrated success in product management or equivalent experience delivering products and/or solutions to market. Experience with product management in a service business a plus.
- 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance, enterprise document management, information archiving, data analytics or related field.
- Product Management certification, a plus.
- Working knowledge of data acquisition and review methodologies for prominent modern data solutions (e.g. Teams, Slack, SMS Text Message, etc).
- Experience managing executive expectations and presenting information and KPIs to executive teams.
- Proven track record of simultaneously managing full product lifecycle, from concept to feature decisions to timely launch, on multiple products.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
The expected pay for this role will range from $123,809 to $176,370 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
