Job Description
As the Director, Point of Care, you will lead the Point of Care team's marketplace efforts by providing functional leadership to a team of Point of Care Associate Directors & Supervisors. You own the Point of Care media plan story, quality of work output, contribute to new POC solutions, and manage and train direct reports.
The goal for this role is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and help develop and maintain PHM Point of Care partnerships. You will report to the VP, Point of Care.
Impact & Day to Day
- You will have a strong understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout.
- You will have a strong understanding of the client's business and goals.
- You will have an expert understanding of how client business objectives translate into Point of Care marketplace strategies.
- You will have an expert understanding of the overall Point of Care marketplace.
- You will have an expert understanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities, deals, and terms.
- You will develop knowledge of PHM's Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting process.
- You will be responsible for the Point of Care channel investment strategy.
- You will own POC tactical recommendations including business rules for office selection and cross-franchise strategy.
- You will be the escalation point for Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner.
- You will manage the delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasks.
- You will ensure best practices in Point of Care process and efficiencies are implemented and operational.
- You will be accountable for ongoing Marketplace intelligence + POVs.
- You will be accountable for POC marketplace 101s and education days.
- You will manage and prioritize team assignments.
- You will drive POVs on new investment offerings, processes, and technologies.
- You will be responsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothly.
- You will provide expertise, training, and development of junior team members.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of media planning and/or buying with preference in Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP.
- 2+ years recent HCP media experience.
- 2+ years people management experience.

Compensation Range: $98,500 - $154,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
