Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to lead client Implementation projects, be responsible for a world-class onboarding to new and existing clients and be an expert on our product set. Key Responsibilities
- Lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines
- Effectively manage project resources and deliverables, holding internal and external teams accountable
- Provide creative and bespoke solutions tailored to meet clients’ individual needs, consulting on program design and content to optimize effectiveness
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including client success, sales, product, and Global support to ensure seamless implementation processes
- Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to facilitate adoption and utilization by client admins and stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive migration plans, including change management processes, to minimize resistance and ensure smooth transitions to Reward Gateway
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in implementation and/or onboarding positions
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proven track record in face-to-face client relationship management
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, adept at planning and prioritizing customer demands
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration with diverse teams within Reward Gateway
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development, investing personal time and energy in skill enhancement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals of varying technical backgrounds
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating websites and online software confidently, with a strong aptitude for technology
The Interview Process
- Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- First interview with the Senior Manager of the Implementation team and Senior Implementation Specialist
- Final interview and assessment presentation with the Senior Manager Implementation, Migration Manager, and VP of Client Success
