Timber Dental in Portland, OR is seeking team-oriented, experienced dentists to join one of our office teams 2-4 days a week!
We are offering highly competitive production-based compensation ($225k-$350k+ annual potential) to help you reach your financial goals including a guaranteed initial daily rate, medical insurance benefits, in-house dental plan for you and your family, CE and Mentorship opportunities, and much more! Practice support means we do the dirty work (marketing, finance, operations) so you can focus on dentistry. We generate an average of 60 new patients per month per provider! We have six locations and maintain a loyal patient base, 5-star reviews, a large capacity for new patients, and dedicated clinical and business support teams.
Our ideal candidate is positive, authentic, and motivated. Our office design is built around smaller doctor teams that provide consistently two DAs and a Patient Care Coordinator for each dentist providing patient care. This position requires creativity and leadership in coaching your doctor DA/PCC team in a collaborative way to provide premium patient care.

Experience and Education:
- DMD/DDS Degree
- Active Oregon Licensure in good standing
- CPR Certification
- 2 years experience preferred, new grads also welcome to apply!
