We represent clients globally - from new startups to large enterprises - and help them find the best talent possible for engineering, product, design, accounting, finance, GTM, commercial, and senior leadership roles.
Recruiting from Scratch is looking to expand its recruiting team by bringing on more contract to hire recruiters. This is a remote role based in the United States, with a preference to be located in a hub near our clients: San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or a large metro area. In this role, you will work on finding clients, recruiting candidates, and facilitating hires. You will be working in a fast-paced staffing environment to fill roles quickly.
Responsibilities:
- You will own entire pipelines end to end from sourcing, screening, to closing candidates.
- Creatively source for new clients to partner with, including cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and events.
- Bring energy every day to find candidates and get them in front of our clients.
- Help keep Recruiterflow candidate records up to date and ensure adherence to best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
- Create and optimize job postings.
- Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process, coordinating interview and follow-up activities.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and other terms of employment.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a high-volume agency.
- Located in the United States.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced, and competitive environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with little direction.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
Location: Remote in the United States
Salary Range: $20 - $25 an hour on a 3-month contract, converting to full-time with salary + benefits.
