The Head of Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering is an integral role in the cybersecurity organization, ensuring that security standards and proper designs are implemented across the enterprise. Through mature standards and design criteria, cybersecurity will shift the organization into building secure solutions from the start.
Cybersecurity Engineering works within the cybersecurity team itself to develop protections and technology solutions to meet department objectives, and with other business units to both integrate with existing security solutions and to help guide solutions through security use cases.
Qualifications:
To lead the Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture discipline with the cybersecurity organization.
Including but not limited to:
• Development and ownership of cybersecurity architecture standards.
• Review of technology projects and initiatives across the enterprise for adherence to cybersecurity standards and baselines.
• Ensure cybersecurity participation within project pipelines, review boards, or design groups as applicable.
• Solutioning, deployment, use case development, and RFP management for cybersecurity toolsets and solutions, working directly with requesting cybersecurity team.
• Continual evaluation of cybersecurity solutions to ensure that organizations goals are being met for current and future trends or threats, including running of internal and external penetration testing and resulting remediation guidance.
• Drive maturity for all cybersecurity tools through engineering. Ensure all tools are working properly and follow life cycle management.
• Ensure DevSecOps is a mature process and cybersecurity is embedded in all aspects.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience working with and managing global teams, including external partners or managed services.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with large and fast paced global enterprises.
• Experience in creating and implementing security standards, enforcing standards across a large enterprise.
• Experience being an advocate and evangelist for cybersecurity across a global organization.
• Experience in technical solutioning of cybersecurity tools and environments.
• Experience working with infrastructure teams and understanding of various technical disciplines and how to integrate security within them.
• Experience with major cloud providers and cloud security.
• Experience in the design and security of large LAN and WAN network environments.

U.S. Base Salary Range
$205,100.00 - $322,300.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education
attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be
performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical,
