About the Role:
Crexi is looking for a Data Analyst to drive a deeper understanding of our users, product, and business. This role owns and leads analytical projects using various data sources and influence business outcomes by recommending cross-functional solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a broader operational team that will play a key role by: defining KPIs, analyzing growth strategies, owning the creation of dashboards that will highlight actionable insights, and serving as an expert on Crexi’s data.
What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally with all departments including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- Partner closely with the Acquisition team to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights
- Analyze and interpret data from digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Work closely with Product to gain a deep understanding of users, engagement, conversion, and retention through multivariate testing and exploratory analysis
- Own traffic reporting, attribution methodology, and acquisition forecasting
- Maintain unit economic reporting for user acquisition (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interpret data results and provide actionable recommendations that will drive value for the company
- Stay up to date on tooling and be willing to self-direct learning and development of new methodologies
- Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing across the Company
- Contribute to data governance practices, including data quality, data cataloging, and metadata management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- 4+ years experience in an analytical role, with marketing analytics experience
- Experience with marketing attribution (e.g. Rockerbox)
- In-depth knowledge of product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong know-how of Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
- Deep understanding and expertise of a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Ability to calculate marketing and unit economic metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
- Prior programming experience using tools such as Python, R, Matlab, SPSS or SAS
- Background in statistical modeling, data science, and predictive analytics experience
- CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience (Salesforce, Iterable)
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methods
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
Pluses:
- Prior experience with programming using tools such as Python, R, Matlab, SPSS or SAS
- Prior statistical modeling, data science, and predictive analytics experience
- Prior CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience (Salesforce, Iterable)
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methods

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $102,000 to $130,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
