Job Description
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Director, North America of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the medical aesthetics industry, laser sales, extensive management experience, and a proven ability to drive capital revenue. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit and provide ongoing coaching, training and development to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laser sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry and laser technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work collaboratively with various departments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Finally, What’s In It for YOU??CompensationCutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:
- Base Salary Range: $195,000 - $226,583 annually (paid twice a month, 15th and last day)
The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based.
