Summary:
The Resourcing Edge Director of Enterprise Channel Sales is responsible for growing our new sales revenue, in the Enterprise channel, year over year using their expertise, influence, and an understanding of Resourcing Edge’s (REI) core products to support Resourcing Edge Business Consultants and leadership with their partnership with OneDigital’s producers and consultants. This mission driven, solution-oriented person is responsible for building and maintaining internal OneDigital relationships to drive PEO growth within the OneDigital Enterprise Select channel.
The Director of Enterprise Channel Sales will effectively communicate the Resourcing Edge value proposition to the OneDigital Enterprise Select producers, consultants, and team leaders alike. They consult with Resourcing Edge executive leadership on vision, action plans, and change management, as well as work closely with PEO Business Development Reps.
As a key team member, the Director of Enterprise Channel Sales has an integral role in supporting the mission of Resourcing Edge, to enable companies to focus on their success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Consistently engages all teams and leadership within the Enterprise Select Channel, evangelizes the PEO value proposition to leaders, producers, and consultants through virtual meetings, trainings, email correspondence, etc.
- Responsible for educating the Enterprise Select team on why, when, and how to refer clients for PEO evaluation.
- Understands the individual needs and nuances of remote teams, to develop and drive team specific initiatives, campaigns, trainings, contests etc.
- Supports the sales team in building relationships with producers, consultants and regional leaders, in a virtual/remote environment.
- Develops strong virtual relationships and provides consistent coaching to aligned sales team around best practices for partnering with the different channel partners within the OneDigital brand.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on sales team performance, providing insight based on individual strengths and areas of improvement.
- Analyze team level sales performance data weekly to identify trends, communicate observations with both team leaders and RE sales leaders, and create actionable solutions.

Qualifications: Required
- Education and/or Experience –
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background in PEO sales.
- Background in sales leadership or coaching.
- Experience working in the broker community.
- Experience working with inside sales teams.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance through data driven coaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in CRM systems such as Zoho and SFDC, Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Other Skills and Abilities –
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
- Must have excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Must be able to successfully complete background check.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
