The Department of Management at California State University, Fullerton, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position of Operations and Supply Chain Management with an appointment to begin Fall 2025.

Position
CSUF faculty are teacher/scholars who teach broadly, advise students, and engage in research. Responsibilities include teaching courses in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and other related areas. The successful candidate will also publish high-quality journal articles.
Required Qualifications
- Prior completion of a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent from an AACSB accredited institution
- Demonstrated teaching and research experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Commitment to teaching excellence
- Strong record of scholarly accomplishments
- Ability to balance teaching, scholarship, and service
- Potential for integrating technology into instruction
- Effective communication with diverse students, staff, and faculty
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior industry experience

Compensation
The salary range is $5,925 to $12,594 monthly. Summer research grants and other benefits are available.
