Country Manager, USA
Job Overview:
As the USA Country Manager, you will lead the group and its brands in the USA to achieve business targets. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the budget and strategy, and will be deeply involved in:
- Development of the business plan
- Market studies of the competition
- Expanding the company's market share
- Business operation of existing restaurants
- Financial reporting of the business
- Coordinating annual marketing opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the long-term growth of the company and have far-reaching responsibility within the division in the USA.
- Execute the business plan, achieving established P&L objectives.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers, communicate effectively, grasp their needs in real time, and handle various business matters, such as business negotiations, contract signing, sales execution, after-sales service, and payment collection plan development.
- Develop new regions and franchisees, conduct business communication with franchisees/agents, and achieve cooperation.
- Conduct market research and analysis in overseas regions, understand competitors' market layout, and adjust business plans in real time.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards to guarantee customer dining safety.
- Collaborate and stay aligned with the Leadership Team in China.
- Participate in international or regional exhibitions, expand the company's brand influence, develop market development plans after the exhibition, and follow up.
- Build and maintain a motivated and efficient team to unleash employee potential.
We hope you:
- Proven results as a Chief Operating Officer, Area Manager, or a similarly relevant role.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in the chain catering industry.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Be able to independently develop customer resources and adapt to occasional travel.
- Experience of starting a US business from scratch will be a plus.
- Have strong execution ability and team cooperation.
