We are seeking a Product Design Manager to lead the design initiatives for our Xplor Pay product and contribute to our vision of transforming the payment industry.
Job Description As the Senior Product Design Manager for Xplor Pay, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our payment solutions. Your leadership and design expertise will drive the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet the complex needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Engage across the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
- Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000.
Qualifications Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software.
- Experience with remote collaboration and leading distributed design teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
