Lightspark recently announced the Universal Money Address (UMA). UMAs are like email addresses but for money. The UMA standard is open source, global and enables anyone to send and receive months 24/7 in any fiat or cryptocurrency using their favorite wallet, exchange, or bank. The UMA standard combines human-readable Lightning Addresses with real-time, global payment rails. With the anticipated growth of UMA adoption, we are seeking a Head of Network Growth to spearhead the adoption and integration of UMAs within the payment ecosystem. This is a business critical role for Lightspark that will have a direct impact on our ability to scale a successful business.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, build, measure, and iterate on a consumer-facing incentive program that will drive consumer demand for UMA across all of Lightspark-enabled clients
Work with Product to iterate on partners’ consumer facing experience to remove friction and drive more adoption and retention
Build, develop and execute strategic expansion and adoption of UMAs with Partners, developers and the open source community globally
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships that align with the company's growth plans
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring a high level of engagement, satisfaction, and collaboration.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track network growth, regularly analyzing performance and implementing improvements
What we’re looking for:
12+ years experience in a B2B Growth, Product Growth role or similar ideally in payments, fintech or digital platforms with a focus on network expansion
Experience developing and executing strategic plans to drive network growth, expand market reach, and achieve business objectives
Experience with complex negotiation with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Experience working with, and learning new technologies quickly. A background in software development, product management or other technical role is preferred but not required
Experience working with global markets
Proficiency in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Experience leading and managing a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities
