What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales targets, market share, and financial objectives for the RLT Oncology portfolio
- Lead and mentor a team of Oncology Area Business Leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build demand and ensure access to products
- Assess performance of managers and representatives and provide appropriate guidance
- Contribute to the development of promotional strategies and positioning of products
What Is Required (Qualifications):
- Fully valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
