Their clientele includes Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size organizations in the financial security, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management within the high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
- Expertise in quality assurance and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans for organizational growth and expansion.
- Oversee and lead day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Spearhead initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Explore initiatives to diversify the company's offerings or expand into adjacent markets to future-proof the business.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that leverage diverse skill sets to solve complex, future-oriented challenges.
- Cultivate a team of top-tier talent across all levels of the organization who are passionate about innovation and bringing the future to life.
- Implement regular cross-functional leadership meetings to align goals, share insights, and solve complex problems collaboratively.
- Create an environment that encourages calculated risk-taking and inspires team members to push technical boundaries.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology development and implementation.
