What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Regional Presidents and RVPs on regional business activities and performance initiatives
- Manage onboarding activities for leadership roles within the region
- Serve as a liaison for footprint transformation execution
- Lead change management initiatives and implementations
- Collaborate with CBR Sales Enablement department on change initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5 years experience leading real estate field or brokerage operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management abilities
- Strategic thinker with analytical approach
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to work under ambiguity and with executive levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
