About the Position
As Senior Clinical Medical Director with Legacy Community Health, you will lead, support, and manage all of our site clinic medical directors through the administration of clinical practice for providers across all primary care service lines. This position works closely with operational and nursing leadership at both the site and regional levels. As Senior Clinical Medical Director, you will also serve as the responsible clinical leader at clinics without a CMD.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and coach clinical medical leaders by providing direct supervision
- Support the managing of schedule optimization, provider behavior and professionalism, and clinical workflow implementation and optimization
- Ensure providers are educated on new initiatives and provide support through implementation alongside the Clinical Medical Directors
- Maintain a clinical FTE of 3 days per week and 2 days of administration

Requirements
- Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Current Texas licensure
- Board Certified in a Primary Care Specialty (Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Adult Medicine, or Family Practice)
- 5 years of clinical experience, post-residency
- 5 years of leadership or management experience
- Community healthcare experience
- Experience supporting clinical programs across departments
