Job Summary:
Exos is looking for a Director of Sales with a successful track record of selling enterprise products and services to various audiences (including C suite and/or HR decision makers). This role will play a key role in driving new business by building lasting relationships with both Fortune 500-1000 brands, as well as with emerging startups that are scaling for growth.
The Director of Sales will report to the VP of Sales, and will ideally be based in the Western U.S. This is a remote role, will travel as needed to best support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- New Enterprise logo/account acquisition, with a focus on companies having at least 5,000 employees in the U.S.
- Identify, establish, and maintain business relationships with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit and HR leaders who have influence in the buying and decision-making process within prospective client organizations
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of quota attainment through a combination of inbound lead flow and outbound prospecting activities
- Participate in industry conferences and other networking events to establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the wellness/fitness industry
- Partner with the Exos Proposal department to successfully respond to and win RFPs (and non-RFP bid submissions)
- Maintain CRM records such that business reporting remains accurate
- Act as a brand champion, representing Exos’ culture and values in-person and online
- Exhibit leadership and strong team work to promote collaboration and alignment on the most effective go-to-market sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience selling into Enterprise or Mid-Market businesses
- Experience selling into HR, benefits, facilities, or corporate real estate
- Superb storytelling, presentation and communication capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to exceed bookings goals
- Familiarity with modern selling methods/frameworks/tools, including the use of social media to drive awareness and build trust
- Familiarity with the RFP process
- Highly motivated self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
