The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a crucial role in fueling our growth by attracting and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for managing a remote talent acquisition team, designing, and implementing scalable and repeatable recruiting processes, and ensuring we build a diverse and high-performing workforce—all within budget constraints. This role reports to the VP Human Resources and works closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a remote talent acquisition team. Ensure the team is highly motivated, performs effectively, and is equipped with the resources and training necessary to meet recruitment targets.
Recruitment Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's growth plans. This strategy should emphasize scalability, efficiency, and diversity to build a best-in-class workforce.
Process Optimization
Continuously assess and optimize the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience, improve efficiency, and reduce time-to-hire. Implement innovative sourcing and selection techniques that align with industry best practices.
Budget Management
Oversee the talent acquisition budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-effective recruitment solutions. Monitor and report on recruitment costs, optimizing expenses without compromising the quality of hires.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and challenges. Provide expert guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategic decisions.
Employer Branding
Partner with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives, showcasing EverCommerce as an employer of choice to attract top talent. Utilize social media, company careers page, and other platforms to communicate the company’s culture and values.
Diversity and Inclusion
Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process. Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and ensure unbiased selection processes.
Reporting and Analytics
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Regularly report on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Compliance
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing remote teams (6+). Manager of mangers a plus.
Proven track record in developing and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
Strong budget management skills and experience in optimizing recruitment costs without compromising quality.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team.
Deep understanding of employment law, diversity recruiting strategies, and employer branding principles.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $300,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
