What You'll Do- Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.
- Responsibilities also include performing the following:
- Overseeing projects.
- Performing technical report reviews.
- Preparing and reviewing proposals.
- Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
- Responsibilities may also include:
- Leading and coaching junior staff members.
- Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
- Responsibilities may also include mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.
- Responsibilities may also include participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).
What We're Looking For- For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
- 12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
- Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required.
