Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, is in need of a Application Support Engineer for permanent employment. The Application Support Engineer will work onsite in support of infrastructure, applications, and cloud related incidents.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of application support experience
- 5+ years supporting Azure and Dynatrace monitoring
- Experience utilizing ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Investment management or financial services industry experience
Preferred Or Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ScienceLogic or Argent
- Ability to write SQL queries/ coding in PowerShell/ JavaScript
- Jira/Confluence experience
- SQL Server or Oracle experience
