About Holland Veterinary Hospitals
Dr. Mark Holland and his team first opened the doors at Holland Veterinary Hospital in 1999. Expanding to two locations (Hattiesburg & Wiggins) serving much of Southern Mississippi, they have earned a reputation for their compassionate and reliable veterinary care. In 2021, the hospital joined the PetVet Care Centers network, and in 2024, Dr. Holland retired, and recently the clinic welcomed a new full-time associate, Dr. Brittany Thames.
Our hospital is equipped with everything you need to practice your best medicine, including a state-of-the-art surgical suite, 5 large exam rooms, and a full complement of experienced technicians. We are also happy to discuss employment options with any licensed veterinary technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree (or ECFVG equivalent) and is in good standing with Mississippi State Veterinary Board License
- Holds (or is eligible for) an active DEA license
- Has >1-2 years of experience (is comfortable with a full caseload, large animals optional)
- Is as enthusiastic as we are about providing exceptional veterinary care
- Bonus points for a passion for ethical leadership and supportive mentorship
