What you get to do:
As the Director of Pass Membership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing the guest experience through the development and management of our pass membership programs. You will lead the Pass Membership team in creating and executing strategies that increase membership acquisition, retention, and engagement across our park portfolio, which includes SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place, and our family of waterparks. You will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for pass membership programs to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Lead a team in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive membership sales and renewals.
- Analyze membership data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align membership strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report on the performance of membership programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure the pass membership experience is consistently high-quality and aligns with the brand’s standards and values.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the Pass Membership team.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in membership program management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer engagement through membership programs.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and membership management software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset.
