Position Summary: Assists the FCCP Director with operational leadership to the West Urban FCCP program to ensure compliance with quality standards and federal, state, and administrative laws and regulations as well as adherence to all accreditation requirements. Provides clinical and program supervision to assigned staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) and independent RI mental health license required.
- At least 5 years experience providing family-based services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Must become certified at the Wrap Coach level within 1 year of hire.
- Experience with operational planning and management, personnel, project and conflict management, the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance metrics.
- Highly advanced critical thinking skills, creativity, flexibility in meeting changing priorities and demands; ability to think in broad and detailed terms; keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with identifying and resolving obstacles to improvement/goals.
- Demonstrated experience building alliances and relationships among diverse populations and providers.
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize new and complex information.
- Ability to communicate complex objectives and projects in effective and easily understood terms (‘layman’s terms’).
- Experience working with external relationships and governmental agencies.
- Ability to positively influence personnel and programs towards positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working with a multi-cultural service and employee population.
- Ability to think outside of the box; to positively and creatively respond to both routine and out of the ordinary operational and personnel challenges.
- Must be willing and able to share on-call responsibilities.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
