What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead precast/prestress sales team across North America to drive revenue for the business
- Coach, mentor, and teach the sales team and drive the adoption of internal and external best practices
- Analyze metrics and performance of the team to identify areas for coaching and improvement
- Support sales team with ride along coaching, participating in client meetings, developing proposals, and other aspects of the full sales process
- Measure and report on KPIs for the sales team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years in sales/account management in building materials, construction, industrials, or related
- Experience calling on precast/prestress contractors/manufacturers is a plus
- Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top-performing sales teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
