How You’ll Make an Impact
Epsilon is seeking a Manager, Analytics to join our strong and steady Automotive Analytics team. You will manage analytic initiatives from conception to completion, providing clients and key stakeholders with actionable results and insights that help them achieve their business objectives.
Work together to win together: The Manager, Analytics will report to the Vice President, Analytics. You will also manage junior resource(s), who will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage data logistics, including data transfers, understanding data structures, business rules, etc. to enable project execution
Innovate with purpose: As part of the automotive analytics team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for analytics deliverables to the Account Management Team and the client. You will also collaborate with leadership to devise strategic direction and conduct analysis by qualitatively and/or quantitatively analyzing data/information.
What You’ll Achieve
- Impact : You will assist in the development of project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and other related materials for the management of deliverables. You will also present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations.
- Career Growth : If successful, the Manager, Analytics may have an opportunity to level up to a Senior level role helping to mentor more junior analytics professionals and hone your leadership skills.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics field
- Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R; minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence Tool
- Working knowledge of “big data” environments and complex databases
- Initiative – Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables
- Problem Solving – Capable of problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making with Acute attention to detail (QA/QC).
- Collaboration – Team player with the ability to mentor and manage junior analysts
- Organization – Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and people concurrently

Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00

Qualifications
**You Have:**
* A Bachelor's degree in at least one of these fields preferred: statistics, economics, applied mathematics, optimization, computer science, physics; (preference for an advanced degree)
* 4+ years of experience applying analytics to measure marketing effectiveness with a focus on measurement and attribution
* Experience working with and measuring TV, digital media, and CRM data
* Knowledge of statistics/data science, including regression, hierarchical or mixed regression, and machine learning techniques (Naïve Bayes, Markov Chain, Random Forest etc.)
* Advanced modeling skills with Python and R
* Cloud environment experience, especially GCP and AWS
* Experience working with platforms like Databricks a plus
* Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI a plus
* An understanding of marketing goals and how different media channels support them
* A background presenting information in spoken, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from our teams to external client executives.
* Experience balancing and managing your project team's client engagements
* Experience collaborating with global teams, to share insights and techniques
* Experience managing a team

**The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375.
