What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive and deliver sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and profit for the region
- Develop new business to contribute toward the regional revenue targets as you cultivate and maintain a strong customer-focused approach
- Pilot a team of District Sales Managers toward achieving sales targets for assigned regions and establish sales plans and objectives
- Perform daily and weekly sales calls to discuss district performance, identify barriers, review On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs), and review information gathered by Sales Executives during their visits and cold calls
- Drive concepts to execution in alignment with a strategic framework and collaboration with CRO and C-suite
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must have 5+ years of proven experience leading a top-performing sales team and selling in the geography and to our retailers
- Experience setting up these retailers as new money transfer agents and demonstrated a history of being able to drive volume through both new agents and existing agents is preferred
- Knowledge of the industry landscape and can develop a GTM strategy based on data insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is highly desired
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Multicultural Experience is a must. Mexico and Guatemala are preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
