The Role
The Senior People Analytics & Systems Manager role is integral to our People Operations team, supporting the Director of People Operations. In this role, you will manage and optimize our systems, ensure efficient workflows, and provide critical data analysis to drive informed decisions. You will be the primary owner of multiple systems, including Rippling, Pave, Empower, Culture Amp, Monday.com, and Udemy, among others. You will also handle compensation planning, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with the listed systems, and a knack for streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the systems owner for Rippling, Pave, Empower, Culture Amp, Monday.com & Udemy.
- Own the relationship with our international Employers of Record (Globalization-Partners & OmniPresent) and manage all contracts and professional data.
- Manage band building, budgets, cycle preparation, and work with payroll for payouts.
- Handle all job pricing in Pave by executing the company’s compensation philosophy.
- Conduct data analysis and maintain requests between People Operations and Finance.
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and serve as the first point of contact for all benefit-related employee questions.
- Oversee 401k enrollment and manage all data in Empower.
- Execute workflows & automations, reporting, onboarding & offboarding, and time-off tracking within Rippling.
- Lead all data management and reporting across systems, employment verifications, and unemployment requests.
- Support Talent Acquisition (TA) with workflows, automations and integrations in Ashby.
- Assist in building successful processes to execute a skills gap assessment, succession planning and talent development.
- Collaborate with the Director of People Operations on program development and internal communication execution.
- Facilitate all Learning & Development (L&D) and compliance related scheduling and tracking.
What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience customizing and operating the following systems: Rippling, Pave, Empower, Culture Amp, Monday.com, Udemy, Notion, Google Workplace & Slack.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven track record in managing multiple systems, integrating AI, building workflows and maximizing automation.
- Experience in benefits administration and employee data management.
- Experience with compensation planning and familiarity with compa-ratio.
- Excellent written communication and project management skills.
- Ability to handle complex processes and maintain a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
The base salary range and level for this position in the United States is up to $$154,000 per year and Level P4. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
