Similar to Assistant Manager. The following are the primary responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
- Clean equipment and facility continuously.
- Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
- Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Manage labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle all cash transactions with accuracy.
- Coach and train all employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
