We're looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, evaluate, and hire top talent that will help us scale rapidly to meet market demand in 2024.
This role can be remote in the United States or hybrid in Chicago, IL.
What You'll Do:
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for various levels of positions, including sourcing, screening, dispositioning, interviewing, etc.
- Conduct interviews using comprehensive recruiting and selection tools/methods and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinate interviews with interview teams and candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions, frame up candidate profiles and desired competencies, and structure the interview process.
- Research, identify, and apply recruiting trends and best practices.
- Communicate with candidates regarding status and decisions in a timely, high-touch manner.
- Use Kalderos' applicant tracking system and ensure accurate records on recruiting activities.
- Conduct reference and background checks and complete pre- and post-hire documentation.
- Contribute to the success of the People department by helping with generalist tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for various types and levels of positions.
- Healthcare industry recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing job postings that are geared to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Exceptional creative sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to keep track of a lot of details, stay organized, and communicate updates as needed.
- Experience working in an early-stage organization, or demonstrated ability to work in an environment that moves quickly and shifts gears frequently. Not afraid to ask questions.
Expected Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus
