We are seeking a skilled Supervising Physician to join our dynamic leadership team at OrangeTwist . As a Physician with OrangeTwist , you will be responsible for overseeing a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and medical aesthetics services that our rockstar team of providers (RN, NP, PA, LE) provide to our patients. Your expertise and commitment to patient care will contribute to the success of our team and company and help us deliver exceptional results to our patients.
Location: 1700 116th Ave NE 1st floor, Bellevue, WA 98004
Schedule: Part-time
Compensation: $3,000+/monthly
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the administration of a variety of non-surgical treatments, such as injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures based on the patient's desired outcomes and safety considerations.
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and safety throughout all treatments. Ensure that providers inform patients about the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives of each procedure, while addressing any concerns they may have. Ensure that providers educate patients on post-treatment care and manage their expectations realistically.
- Oversee the activities of medical staff in the Medical Spa setting, such as nurse practitioners, nurses, and aestheticians, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements, techniques, and trends in the field of medical aesthetics and cosmetic treatments. Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and audit to ensure accurate and detailed medical records of all consultations, treatments, and patient interactions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding patient privacy and data protection.
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide ongoing support and follow-up care. Address any concerns or complications promptly and professionally.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including peer review, clinical audits, and outcome assessments, to maintain high standards of care and improve the overall patient experience.
- Review patient charts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- State licensed physician and Board Certified MD/DO in Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, or equivalent
- Current State Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
- Must be with in close proximity to the Center
