Position
Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Redwood City, CA
What You Will Do
- You will be the primary point of contact internally and externally on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive Officer’s daily operating needs.
- You will work closely and effectively with the Chief Executive Officer to keep well informed of commitments and responsibilities
- You will manage extensive, complex calendars with ever-changing schedules
- You will handle highly confidential information of company operations, policies, and procedures that require discretion and independent judgement
- Managing extensive business travel (both domestic and international) that are frequently complex and detailed at times
- You will facilitate and prepare information requests for use in external discussions/meetings with executive staff.
- You must be willing to commute to local based headquarters daily.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 An individual's particular compensation will be determined by the Company, in its sole discretion, in light of the individual's geographical location, education, training, and/or experience.
What Makes You An Ideal Candidate
- You have a strong professional presence is important as you will be representing the Chief Executive Officer’s office.
- You have demonstrated success supporting C- Level Executives
- You have demonstrated the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate the needs of the CEO, and stay organized in a demanding environment.
- You have strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines.
- You have strong writing and verbal communications skills and knowledge of MS Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- You have prior professional experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company.
- You can work non-standard, flexible work hours as required.
