Job Description
Our busy practice in Kingston, Ontario is looking to add an Ontario Licensed Periodontist to our team to come once a month and grow into twice a month. We are in need of traditional Periodontics therapy including pocket reduction, crown lengthening, soft and hard tissue grafts, implants (single to all on X treatments). You will benefit from an internal referral network of 5 DDS and 7 Hygienists and have the support from our Perio Hygiene team that can handle ongoing treatment needs.
Our office is set up for nitrous and oral and moderate sedation and are willing to get set up for IV Sedation as well.
This is a very high producing role for the right provider.

Services Schedule: Part Time
1 day/month to start and grow into 2 days/month.

About You
- Licensed Periodontist in Canada
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
