At Databricks, we are passionate about enabling data teams to solve the world’s toughest problems — from making the next mode of transportation a reality to accelerating the development of medical breakthroughs. We do this by building and running the world’s best data and AI infrastructure platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business.
More about the team:
With the innovations over the past year, every company is trying to figure out how to become an AI company. A pivotal part of successful AI is ensuring you have good quality data and that your model is performing as expected. To meet this need, Databricks has built a first of its kind Lakehouse Monitoring capability that helps customers (1) proactively identify and fix quality issues in their data and inference pipelines and (2) surface quality metrics in their data lake so users know if a dataset or model is reliable to develop on top of (e.g., “can I trust this data is good to build an ML model with?”). This product extends far beyond competitive products in the market and is expected to be critical to Databricks across multiple product teams.
The impact you will have:
- You will own the monitoring product, roadmap, and business.
- You will use a mix of customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to reach conclusions and drive alignment with your stakeholders, and then design product features to address them.
- You will work with our senior engineers to innovate and invent on behalf of customers, you will work with senior leaders to build sales enablement and go to market strategies, and you will work with customers to continue to understand their needs and refine our road map.
