Academic General Nephrologist Position with Research Opportunities
Join our collegial, professional and compassionate nephrology team at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a patient-focused General Nephrologist to provide specialized care to patients suffering from kidney-related ailments.
- Work-life balance with standard schedule and shared call coverage among the nephrology team
- Split inpatient and outpatient coverage, including:
- Inpatient rounding on nephrology patients
- Participation in PKD and CKD clinics
- Dialysis and clinic outreach in suburban communities
- Faculty appointment with the Indiana University School of Medicine with expectation to educate and supervise residents and fellows, research opportunities available if desired
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Nephrology
- Internal Medicine residency & Nephrology fellowship completions
- New graduates or experienced physicians encouraged to apply
- Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
