The Databricks Solution Architects are passionate about unlocking our customers' full potential of data and AI. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work hand-in-glove with our external Partners and our internal Partner Development Manager & Product Management counterparts to accomplish our goals. What We Look For:
- Data Expertise: Deep understanding of data warehousing, lakehouses, data collaboration, SQL, and the data intelligence platform.
- Technical Acumen: Strong foundation in enterprise architecture, data products, and programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and find elegant solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in partner-focused roles, building strong relationships, and driving collaborative success.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in streaming technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
Zone 2 Pay Range:
$169,000 — $299,000 USD
