As the Director, you will be responsible for the Cardiovascular clinical program including, quality, financial performance, marketing strategies, human resources planning, medical staff relationships, research, and education initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a dyad partner to Cardiovascular physician leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Health Administration, Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience. Five (5) years progressive experience in management of Cardiovascular programs.

Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
