The Salesforce Lead Developer will:
- Build technical solutions that are both development and administration in nature within the Salesforce platform using declarative and custom code components.
- Collaborate with members of the Salesforce development team on design, architecture, and implementation
- Interface with our business partners to convert requirements to secure, comprehensive, resilient, performant solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce design best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for custom development.
- Attend Agile meetings with technical and business stakeholders. Contribute to collaborative discussions to foster trust within the extended team and arrive at the best solution to a given user story or defect.
- Deploy scheduled changes to target environments within the context of sprint cycles.
- Provide support for Salesforce components; handle daily issues reported by customers and/or business partners.
- Design and integrate with internal and external API.
- Participate in code review exercises with peers, validating and ensuring quality of code
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Maintain the Financial Services cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Work as part of a team developing custom applications, services, and integrations leveraging Salesforce.com.
- Design, implement and maintain Salesforce configurations and customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Meet with internal users/clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
We're excited to talk with you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role supporting and/or designing application technologies but highly prefer at least 5 years of experience.
- You have at least 3 years of development experience in Salesforce including integrating Salesforce with other applications, familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and APIs.
- You have a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Certification - a plus
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Salesforce configuration using Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows
- You have experience developing solutions which use JavaScript, SOQL, REST and SOAP Web Services.
- You have demonstrable experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- You enjoy learning a new technology and applying it to a problem to improve the capability and/or efficiency of your internal or external clients.
- You have business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
- You have experience with projects or products in banking domain - a plus
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
