You will be responsible for providing specialized medical care to patients with cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting located in Carmichael, California. Compensation Range: $473,328 - $501,171 / Year

ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, and heart failure.
Develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with patients to establish achievable health goals.
Prescribe and monitor medications, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac tests, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, and stress tests.
Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications, including exercise, diet, and stress management, to promote heart health and prevent disease progression.
Coordinate care with other specialists, such as cardiovascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology research, attending conferences and engaging in continuous professional development.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff, to deliver efficient and coordinated patient care.
